The United States Military Academy is investigating an incident in which an 18-year old cadet died during training exercises at West Point Academy in West Point, N.Y.
Cadet Jacob Bower, 18, of Fairmont, W.Va., was found Thursday by fellow cadets in a wooded area used for training, according to the Associated Press. Mr. Bower was taking part in a land navigation exercise on a day where temperatures hovered in the 90s. An autopsy is under way to determine the cause of death.
